This is an interactive demonstration. Sommelier in training (Alexander Singleton) will demonstrate and educate how the different acidities and properties of wine interpaly with the different textures, fats and proteins of food to create an elevated sensory experience.
Alexander will present how to taste wine based on sight, smell and taste and debunk some of the myths. He will explain why one holds the glass by the stem and swirls then snifts the glass of wine.

Each interactive session will last approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, Alexander will circulate with the guests to further increase one's understanding and enjoyment of pairing wines with food.
