Build a Grazing Board

After participating in this hands-on workshop you will have the confidence to create your own charcuterie spread that is almost to beautiful to eat. This hour-long DIY cheese and charcuterie board tutorial is led by Elizabeth Drew of Drewlizcious, LLC. Liz is a caterer and food stylist with an expertise in food & wine pairing.
Includes: - disposable palm leaf board - all ingredients (imported cheese, charcuterie + gourmet accoutrements) - hands on tutorial - tips & trick that will transform the way you entertain so you can enjoy yourself as the host.
Note: Wine is not included in the ticket and can be purchased.
This hour-long class will be hosted outdoors under a 20x40 tent. It will start promptly at noon before the winery opens to the general public at 1pm. Following the class all are welcome to stay and relax and perhaps enjoy your lovely creation.
